Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can exchange it within 10 days of the package delivery date. That is the date specified with the tracking number in the USPS website.

In order to start your exchange, follow the instructions:

• Ship your items to the address that will be provided during our conversation.
• Please allow 14 days for processing the return
• Store credit with one year expiration date will be issued for returns and exchanges.
• Special considerations may be acquainted through communication.

• Please note that we will not be able to return shipping cost
• Items to be exchanged or returned must be unused
• The following items are FINAL SALE: face masks, earrings, custom orders and SALE items.
